Information System Project Manager

We are hiring a CRM Dynamics System Analyst & Project Manager !

📍 Location:

Full-time position in Tel Aviv, with a hybrid work model – two days from home and three days from the office.

Occasional on-site visits to clients are required.

Job Description:

• Analyzing and defining CRM Dynamics systems, from requirement gathering to full implementation.
• Collaborating with various IT interfaces, with a focus on end-to-end integrations.
• Working closely with developers, including task prioritization and progress tracking.
• Engaging with clients to establish trust and foster collaboration.
• Leading the functional implementation of projects, writing detailed specifications, and ensuring high-quality documentation for clients, development teams, and parallel teams.
• Managing system maintenance post go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in CRM Dynamics system analysis and specification (minimum 3 years) – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in CRM Dynamics implementation (minimum 2+ years) – mandatory.
• Experience with cloud-based projects – mandatory.
• Experience with upgrade projects – highly advantageous.
• Background in large organizations, project-based companies, and complex process environments.
• Languages: Native-level Herew and English skills required
