We seek a Tech Lead with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive transformative AI solutions. • Hands-On Development: Design, implement, test, and deploy advanced algorithms to solve complex AI challenges, ensuring robustness and scalability in production environments.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and direction in NLP and LLM development, ensuring innovative and high-performing solutions.
• Strategic Vision: Define and execute a technical roadmap aligned with BYO’s mission.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and scalable AI solutions.
• Mentorship: Support team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Research: Stay at the forefront of advancements in NLP and AI to integrate cutting-edge methods into BYO’s offerings.



• Leadership: 3+ years of experience guiding algorithm or AI-focused teams.
• Technical Expertise: 6+ years in NLP and LLM algorithm development.
• Deep Knowledge: Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and AI methodologies.
• Execution: Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Strong skills in articulating complex technical concepts.
• Agile Proficiency: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum management, with a history of successful project velocity and completion forecasting.
• Project Tools: Demonstrated expertise using project management tools, especially JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a strong understanding of current LLM technologies and their business applications.
• Detail & Problem Solving: Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both business and technical teams.
