Payment Manager

Your day-to-day will include timely customer support, monitoring transactions, reporting, training, and collaborating with teams across the globe. Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of five, including technical and training staff across Bulgaria, Malta, and Paraguay.

- Offer timely online support to customers by efficiently addressing inquiries and issues.

- Monitor and improve transaction success rates, assisting call centers.

- Design and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

- Stay updated with the latest regulatory developments and provide strategic recommendations.

- Develop and execute training programs for new payment solutions and market integration.

- Manage communications with internal and external technical providers.

- Build and test new accounts, handle onboarding, and manage market-specific solutions with the team in Cyprus.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience, preferably in fintech or forex sectors, related to online payments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with presentation experience.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and web search.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.

- Flexible, adaptable, and open to change in dynamic environments.

- Spanish language skills are a plus.

- Proven ability to manage projects and negotiate organizational solutions.
