Customer Service Representative

The5ers is a b2c fintech company and we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Own overall client relationships, enabling them to unlock value from their partnership with The5ers
• Establish a trusted and strategic relationship with each assigned client
• Be the customer's advocate internally by communicating requests and issues across departments
• Provide training, guidance, and advice to help The5ers clients
• Communicate major product updates and releases ensuring clients enact changes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in support in a tech company - Must
• English as a mother tongue - Must
• Flexibility in working hours and providing a broad response to staff
• Ability to work with interfaces throughout the company and outside it
• Ability to identify problems and provide a professional solution
• Finance knowledge- a big advantage
• Technical experience in technical centers - an advantage.
