This is a full-time on-site Junior Associate role at Vinograd & Co. The Junior Associate will be responsible for providing ongoing counsel to investment entities, assisting with investment activities, and supporting the establishment of investment funds.

• Legal research and analysis skills
• Experience in financial regulations and investment activities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English
