Head of Investment Back Office Operations

A leading financial organization is seeking a Head of Investment Back Office Operations to manage and optimize investment operations. This strategic role involves overseeing complex investment processes, leading professional teams, and enhancing operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investment Operations Management – Oversee the full investment back-office function, managing structured loans, derivatives, investment funds, and other financial instruments.
• Team Leadership – Directly manage a team of approximately 18 employees, including 2-3 team leaders and additional operational roles.
• Process Optimization & Control – Improve operational workflows, maintain accurate investment records, and manage investment information systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Middle Office teams, report to the Head of Investment Operations, and liaise with regulators and financial institutions.
• Implementation of Professional Standards – Ensure compliance with operational objectives while fostering an efficient and precise working environment.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in investment operations management, including expertise in non-traded investments.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large and complex teams.
• Deep understanding of investment operations in banks, insurance companies, pension funds, or investment firms.
• Strong managerial capabilities, strategic thinking, and excellent analytical skills.
