Mechanical Engineer – HVAC & Cleanroom Systems

A.D. Cleanrooms, a Katz Group company, specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of cleanrooms and HVAC systems for advanced industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, medical devices, and more.

We are looking for a mechanical engineer/practical engineer to join our Design & Engineering professional team and take part in challenging projects, in the field of cleanrooms and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) and material lists based on P&ID and SOW

🔹 Pricing and preparing proposals for the design and execution of HVAC and cleanroom systems

🔹 Creating detailed execution drawings, including equipment layouts, ducts, piping, and more

🔹 Preparing comprehensive design packages for construction and contractor tenders

🔹 Specifying various equipment components for HVAC systems

🔹 Supervising project execution at the construction site

🔹 Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and leading professional discussions throughout the project

🔹 Collaborating with procurement, project management, and sales departments

What We’re Looking For:

✔ B.Sc. or practical degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

✔ Experience in HVAC system design, including creating drawings, specifications, and BOQs

✔ Experience working with clients

✔ Experience in cleanroom projects – an advantage

✔ Experience in cost estimation or pricing

✔ High-level English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading)

✔ Willingness to combine office and fieldwork

✔ Availability for overtime as needed

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit
