RPA Project Manager

One of our esteemed clients, a leading organization in the technological sector with a national and international reach, is seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project Manager to join their team.

• Project Management: Oversee automation project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Process Analysis: Identify and analyze business processes to determine automation potential and recommend effective solutions.
• Implementation & Execution: Plan, track, and coordinate RPA solution deployment, ensuring a smooth integration process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, providing guidance on automation strategies and best practices.
• Technology Utilization: Support and enhance automation solutions using tools such as UiPath and Power Automate.
• Risk & Quality Control: Ensure automation solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in automation projects - Must!
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate, improve, and optimize business processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Enterprise Systems: Experience in managing projects within large-scale enterprise environments is an advantage
