Unity UI Tech Artist

Role Description

Unity Tech Artist with strong expertise in UGUI and polished tool usage. This role focuses on translating UI designs into functional, responsive, and visually clean UI systems in Unity. While coding is a plus, the emphasis is on efficient implementation, maintaining performance, and delivering polished UI that aligns perfectly with provided designs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality UI elements using UGUI.
• Ensure pixel-perfect alignment and integration of designs from tools like Figma.
• Develop clean, modular UI systems for reuse across the project.
• Optimize UI for performance (draw calls, responsiveness, memory usage).
• Add animations, shading, transitions, and effects to enhance UI interactions.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and polish UI features.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Strong knowledge of UGUI and UI layout tools.
• Experience creating clean and responsive UI systems.
• Proficiency in integrating designs (Figma or similar tools) into Unity.
• Ability to optimize UI performance and handle dynamic layouts.
• Strong attention to detail for pixel-perfect execution.

Good-to-Have:

• Basic coding skills for custom UI behaviors.
• Familiarity with Unity's UI Toolkit and Shader Graph.
• Knowledge of localization workflows for multi-language support.
• Ability to manage UI across multiple platforms (PC, mobile, VR).
