Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. You will be a key contributor to developing and executing our data strategy, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves setting key performance indicators (KPIs), building and maintaining data infrastructure, integrating data into operational processes, and generating actionable insights and recommendations for various teams, including product development, engineering, and potentially other business units.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering, and potentially others) to deliver high-quality data and analytics solutions. This data-driven approach will support efficient processes and drive the company's overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across relevant areas of the business.
• Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines (e.g., data warehousing, ETL processes).
• Integrate data and analytics into everyday operational processes and workflows.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and data science.
• Build predictive models to forecast trends

What We're Looking For:

• B.A./B.Sc. (or higher) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field).
• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis, data science, or related analytical role, demonstrating proficiency in applying advanced analytical methods.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience in building predictive models
• Experience working with cloud databases and cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong Data Storytelling Skills
