Development Team Lead

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Development Team Lead to guide and inspire our front-end and back-end development teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing development teams and driving projects to completion while also contributing hands-on to development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the development teams, including front-end and back-end developers.

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and set weekly plans to ensure alignment and productivity.

• Oversee and manage team tasks and workflows within JIRA, including maintaining and optimizing dashboards.

• Contribute to hands-on development tasks, dedicating 20-40% of the time to coding and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and the timely delivery of project milestones.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture to encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience leading development teams with a mix of front-end and back-end responsibilities.

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Angular (or similar front-end frameworks).

• Solid knowledge of Sprint (or similar back-end systems).

• Familiarity with modern development practices and tools.

• Project Management:

• Experience managing daily JIRA activities, setting priorities, and optimizing workflows.

• Ability to run daily stand-ups and ensure team alignment on goals.

• Hands-On Development: Demonstrated ability to code and solve complex technical challenges.

• Hybrid Work Environment: Willingness to work on-site 2-3 days a week.

• Bonus Skills: Background in CRM systems is a significant advantage but not required.
