Recruitment Specialist

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter preferably in the high-tech industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
