Python Tech Lead

Technologies We Work With:

Backend: Python, REST API development, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL.

Frontend: Vue.js (Web), Mobile (Flutter, Native).

Cloud-based environments (Azure), as well as On-Premise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical development for complex, large-scale projects.

Guide and mentor junior developers and teams.

Support the integration of various technologies and manage cross-functional development tasks.

Collaborate with diverse teams and define infrastructure and integration requirements.

Provide hands-on development and ensure high standards of technical execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in Python for Backend development (MUST).

Expertise in RESTful APIs, Linux, Microservices, and Docker (MUST).

Experience with system architecture, design, and deployment in complex environments (API Gateway, Proxy, WAF, Content Filters, Cloud & On-Prem).

Knowledge of Frontend technologies such as Vue.js or React (preferred but not required).

Hands-on experience with containers and API Gateway.

Strong experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred).

Ability to manage projects and guide teams in the implementation of technical solutions.
