R&D Team Leader-5252

We are looking for an experienced R&D Team Leader with strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge to lead a team of Fullstack developers. This role involves working on new and challenging projects using cutting-edge technologies such as Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Provide technical guidance and support in product architecture and development processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintain continuous communication, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support, while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Drive the technological vision and actively participate in discussions about product strategy and architecture.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership/management role, working with relevant technologies (Node.js, React.js).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Solid experience with Microservices architecture, Event Sourcing, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with Elasticsearch – an advantage.
• Full-time position based in Petah Tikva.
