Job Description:

We’re expanding and adding another PPC specialist to our team! This role combines expertise in automation, PPC, website maintenance, and collaboration within a dynamic and creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across all social and search platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).

• Implementing and maintaining marketing automation systems, preferably with advanced skills in MAKE (or similar automation tools).

• Maintaining and updating the company’s WordPress website according to ongoing needs, including technical improvements and content updates.

• Collaborating with the creative team to integrate copy and design effectively into campaigns.

• Conducting keyword research and supporting SEO and SEM strategies to improve Google rankings.

• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, extracting insights, and continuously optimizing for better results.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns across different platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of marketing automation with proven experience in MAKE (preferred), Zapier, or equivalent tools.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress – maintenance, updates, and optimizations.

• Experience working with Salesforce – automation, updates, and customizations.

• Strong understanding and experience in SEO and SEM.

• High analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• High service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to occasionally participate in events, ceremonies, and conferences as part of the marketing team.

תחומי אחריות:

• הקמה, ניהול ואופטימיזציה של קמפיינים PPC בכל פלטפורמות הסושיאל והחיפוש (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn ועוד).
• יישום ותחזוקת אוטומציות שיווקיות עם עדיפות למיומנויות מתקדמות ב-MAKE (או כלי אוטומציה דומים).
• תחזוקה ועדכון אתר הוורדפרס של החברה בהתאם לצרכים השוטפים, כולל שיפורים טכניים ותכנים.
• עבודה עם צוות הקריאייטיב לקבלת קופי ועיצובים ולשלבם בקמפיינים בצורה אפקטיבית.
• ביצוע מחקרי מילות מפתח ותמיכה באסטרטגיות SEO ו-SEM לקידום האתר בגוגל.
• מעקב ודיווח שוטף על ביצועי הקמפיינים, הפקת תובנות ושיפור מתמיד.

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול קמפיינים PPC בפלטפורמות שונות.
• ידע מעמיק באוטומציות שיווקיות עם ניסיון משמעותי בעבודה עם MAKE (יתרון), Zapier או כלים מקבילים.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם וורדפרס – תחזוקה, עדכונים ושיפורים.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם Salesforce – אוטומציות, עדכונים, התאמות.
• הבנה וניסיון בקידום אתרים (SEO) וקמפיינים ממומנים (SEM).
• יכולת אנליטית גבוהה ועבודה עם נתונים.
• כישורי עבודה בצוות ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
• תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית.
• נכונות להשתתפות באירועים, טקסים וכנסים מדי פעם כחלק ממחלקת השיווק.
