Are you passionate about DevOps, Security, and OpenShift? We're looking for a DevSecOps & OpenShift Specialist to help our clients build secure, scalable, and innovative cloud-native environments. If you're excited about container security, automation, and best practices, this role is for you!

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✅ Security in OpenShift & Kubernetes

Assess and design secure architectures for OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.

Conduct security reviews and provide recommendations for architecture improvements.

Implement and enforce security best practices in OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Integrate security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines.

Secure containerized workloads and ensure compliance with security policies.

✅ Infrastructure & Automation

Manage and optimize OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and security.

Automate security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.

Implement RBAC, IAM policies, and secure networking in OpenShift.

✅ Collaboration & DevSecOps

Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to embed security in all stages of the SDLC.

Educate teams on secure coding, infrastructure hardening, and cloud security principles.

Lead incident response and threat mitigation strategies in containerized environments.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

🎯 Experience & Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps.

Strong expertise in OpenShift / Kubernetes security.

Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and security integrations.

Familiarity with cloud-native security tools (e.g., Aqua Security, Prisma Cloud, Falco).

Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible.

🎯 Soft Skills

A security-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams.
