Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Insights:
• Analyze large-scale medical datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive patient care improvements.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in complex data to inform clinical and operational decisions.
• Model Development and Training:
• Develop AI-based models for early prediction of critically ill patients’ deterioration, based on unique data access.
• Research and Publications:
• Prepare your findings for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in analyzing large datasets, preferably in a healthcare or medical context.
• Clinical background – significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
