Responsibilities

• As a skilled Technical Acquisition Specialist, you will lead our recruitment efforts by identifying, assessing, and attracting top technical talent.
• You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the recruitment of the best talent for their teams.
• Your core duties involve talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and supporting the hiring lifecycle for technical positions.
• Fostering strong connections with both candidates and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Experience in recruiting for the defense sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with various sourcing platforms, especially LinkedIn, job boards, and other technical talent pipelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
• Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit for various roles.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
