What Will You Job Look Like

• First-level support for computer systems.
• Initial response to user requests, including troubleshooting computer issues, login permissions, etc.
• Hardware support and troubleshooting.
• Supporting laptops, desktops, printers, networks, and peripheral equipment.
• Escalating issues to higher support levels while monitoring and tracking progress.
  
  

• At least 1 year of proven experience.
• Knowledge and experience with PC & laptop hardware.
• Experience in software installation.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of DNS & DHCP.
• Experience working with Office/Outlook.
• Experience in Windows OS installation & configuration.
• Knowledge of mobile devices/tablets – An advantage.
• Experience with SQL & Databases – An advantage.
