IT & Security Specialist

Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease.

Now, we are looking for an IT Specialist that will join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Continuously maintain and improve Vectorious’ information technology systems and infrastructure and ensure an adequate IT environment for the company:
• Manage and maintain Vectorious' IT infrastructure: (servers, networks, backups, licenses, printers, e-mails, etc.) and monitor the performance of each IT system
• Identify problems and malfunctions, performs root cause analysis and execute plans to develop solutions
• Provide IT support to employees and managers (both on and off site) – diagnose problems, provide solutions, and record complaints and processes related to IT
• Assist with IT related purchasing – raise needs, manage inventory etc.
• Assist with managing infrastructure's vendors and suppliers.
• Serve as an escalation and communication point for all IT issues including on-call availability for emergencies
• Facilitate employees' onboarding and off boarding - prepare new employees' computers, establish email address & office license etc.
• Provide technical support for the conference rooms' equipment and Vectorious' telephony system
• Implement Cyber Security policy, procedures, and solutions for Vectorious' IT infrastructures and products to ensure IT security of the company:
• Conduct research and characterize security needs which result from Vectorious' strategy and regulatory requirements
• Define implementation efforts and workplans and monitor progress
• Train employees on IT security

Qualification:

• At least 2 years proven experience as a help desk technician or other support role.
• Familiar with Azure Platform-Must
• Experience with Azure AD, Intune, Windows Defender End point and Purview tools - an advantage
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with technical documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize and to work under pressure.
• Costumer oriented and a "Can do" attitude.
• Experience working with external vendors and suppliers
