Search Engine Optimization Manager

Our client, a fast-growing company in the digital space, is looking to hire an SEO Manager with a solid background in building and executing successful organic search strategies. Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine strategies.

1. On-Page & Off-Page Optimization

• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement best practices for metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
• Plan and execute link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority.

1. Technical SEO

• Collaborate with web developers to identify and resolve site performance issues, indexing errors, and other technical barriers.
• Monitor website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience, making improvements as needed.

1. Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, conversions, CTR, etc.).
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data findings.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Share best practices and drive SEO awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
• Strong grasp of on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and keyword strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
• Experience with content optimization, link-building strategies, and SEO reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
