We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to own and execute ProMeet’s marketing strategy. This is a dynamic, mid-to-senior level role—perfect for an ambitious, data-driven marketer with startup experience who thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.

This role involves full ownership of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, from digital ads and performance marketing to content, influencer partnerships, and brand positioning. You will work cross-functionally to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness.

What You'll Do

• Develop & Execute Growth Strategies – Plan and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive new creator and user adoption.
• Lead Digital Marketing – Manage SEO, PPC, paid social media, email campaigns, and performance marketing to optimize reach and ROI.
• Influencer & Partnership Collaborations – Build and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners to boost visibility.
• Content & Social Media Strategy – Lead the brand narrative, messaging, and content marketing efforts across various platforms.
• Analytics & Optimization – Track key metrics, analyze marketing performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with product, sales, and growth teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
