Myop is a VC-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize how we build and interact with modern web applications. We envision a future where web apps adapt seamlessly to user needs and trends—without reopening the code or redoing work.

To achieve this, we’re developing next-gen infrastructure, a front-end library (Meta-framework) and a feature-rich dashboard. We’ve recently closed a funding round and are expanding our team to turn this vision into reality.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior-level Full Stack Engineer to help build our cutting-edge front-end infrastructure, next-gen UI library, and dashboard. As a founding team member, you’ll work closely with our CTO on high-impact, scalable projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems for our projects.
• Research & Innovation: Contribute to ongoing research of new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve our product and engineering practices.
• Open Source Contributions: Actively contribute to our open-source projects and engage with the community.
• UI/UX Development: Build and maintain a flexible, high-performance UI library with a strong focus on user experience.
• SaaS Dashboard: Develop rich, interactive, and data-driven dashboards with advanced features and capabilities for a seamless user experience.
• Data Engineering: Work with MongoDB and AWS Big Data tools to manage and optimize data workflows and storage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of the tech stack and alignment with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, and native JavaScript.  
• Back-end proficiency in MongoDB, AWS (including services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.), and experience with cloud architecture and big data solutions.
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and maintainable web applications.
• Deep understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, responsive design, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional front-end frameworks like Angular or Svelte.
• Familiarity with other databases or NoSQL technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous startup experience, especially in a fast-paced, agile environment.
