Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you will drive innovation, align product development with clinical needs, and ensure seamless execution to impact the future of mental healthcare.

What You’ll Do

• Product Strategy & ExecutionDefine and drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and the evolving needs of mental health professionals.
• Own the product roadmap, setting priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead discovery and ideation processes to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
• Bridge technical and functional aspects by translating clinical insights into actionable product features.

• Agile Product Management - Manage and refine sprint backlogs, ensuring development teams are aligned on priorities and deliverables.
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and optimize performance.

• Implementation & Stakeholder CollaborationDrive implementation, training, and customer success initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption by healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical experts, sales, and leadership) to align product goals with business objectives.
• Champion the use of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

What You Bring

• Required Experience:3+ years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS, CRM, or EHR.
• Proven success in developing user-centric digital products in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in defining product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Experience in roadmap planning, prioritization, and success metric tracking.
• Experience leading system implementation and integration processes.
• Familiarity with LLM models and AI-driven decision support systems.

• Bonus Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Background in coding or software development.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and their impact on user engagement.
• Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into product opportunities.
