We are seeking a skilled DBA Team Lead to join a large financial company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of DBA professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
-Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of database systems
-Handle complex SQL query writing, troubleshooting, and optimization for large-scale databases
-Manage and maintain databases on Oracle and SQL Server platforms
-Work on database architecture, including design, implementation, and ongoing optimization
-Support and work with both Linux and Windows operating systems
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an Application/Infrastructure DBA working with Oracle and SQL Server databases
- 6 years of experience in managing technical teams, providing leadership and guidance
- Experience working with large databases, including query writing, planning, optimization, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure development and management - an advantage
