SIRC’s HR team is driven by a passion for people. We believe that our main challenge is to hire the best candidates and, equally important, to retain them. We view our HR team as a critical component of employee well-being and development. Our HR team plays a strategic role in managing the workplace, culture, and environment.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

You’ll start your day by sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and screening CVs in our recruitment system. After scheduling interviews for potential hires.

Throughout the day, you’ll also provide support for various HR topics and contribute to building a talent pipeline—all while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in HR/ Social Sciences/ Business Administration or a related field.
• With at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, focus on writing
• Tech-savvy with experience in social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X-Ray search
• Availability for at least 3 days per week
