Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator (Student Position) to support our marketing and sales efforts.

This role is perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and project management.

This is a part-time remote role.

Qualifications

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Native English - a big plus!
• Organizational skills 
• Can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Great team player, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating with other team members as needed.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Good understanding of business email communication.
• Experience with Hubspot - a big plus!
• Experience with wordpress - a plus.
• Currently enrolled (or recent graduate) in a university or course related to Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to support marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
• Execute direct email marketing and LinkedIn reach-out campaigns including event invitations and other marketing activations.
• Manage the submission of materials for events, competitions, and industry opportunities.
• Assist with sales development representative (SDR) tasks, including LinkedIn outreach and engagement.
• Support our events including finding venues, coordinating activities and ordering give-aways.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and campaign materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
• Publish content to our blog and social media channels.
