Job Description

We are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Growth Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will oversee a talented team, including a Paid Media Manager, Account-Based Marketing Manager, SEO Manager, and Web Developer. This role requires a strong focus on demand generation and strategic planning, coupled with the ability to navigate large marketing budgets effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise clients and a proven track record of transitioning a company from SMB-focused marketing to enterprise-driven strategies.

Who You Are

• At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Extensive experience in demand generation, performance marketing, and scaling marketing operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with enterprise clients and shifting a company from SMB-focused marketing to enterprise-focused marketing.
• Proficiency in managing large budgets and demonstrating ROI-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, optimize campaigns, and communicate results effectively.
• Hands-on experience in PPC, ABM, or web development is a plus, though this is primarily a strategic role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with senior leadership.

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee demand generation initiatives, ensuring they drive measurable business growth and pipeline creation.
• Manage and optimize large marketing budgets to maximize ROI across all campaigns and channels.
• Collaborate closely with the CMO to align marketing goals with overall company strategy.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities, and refine strategies.
• Build and maintain processes to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and other departments.
• Drive the transition from SMB to enterprise marketing strategies, positioning WiseStamp as a leader in the enterprise space.
