Nanofabrication Process Engineer

What You Will Do:

1. Work at the Tel Aviv University Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, a research facility serving researchers from four faculties: Medicine, Life Sciences, Exact Sciences, and Engineering.
2. Collaborate with the industry on R&D and prototype fabrication of micro/nano devices.
3. Be accountable for:

• Nanofabrication systems ownership.
• Project execution with both academic and industrial customers.
• Performing basic layout designs for micro/nano devices.
• Creating process tools recipes (Deposition, Lithography, Etch, etc.).
• Conducting hands-on experiments in the clean room.
• Performing basic metrology steps.
• Collecting, analysing, and reporting data.

What You Must Have:

• MSc or higher degree in Electrical/Material/Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in process engineering in semiconductor industry clean rooms
• Hands-on machinery operation skills.
• Research orientation, curiosity-driven, and creativity.
• Independent thinking with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and balance multi-disciplinary projects.
• Self-motivation and commitment to fulfilling projects and deliverables in a timely and quality manner.
• Strong team player attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
