A startup company in the Blockchain and Crypto space is developing a SaaS platform that enables financial institutions (banks, investment firms, and fintech companies) to secure all their digital assets, including NFTs and DeFi. They utilize state-of-the-art cryptographic key management technologies (Multi-Party Computation and Enclaves) to build infrastructure-level Crypto and Fintech products, including Web3, Multi-Chain Support, and DeFi Integrations for developers, teams, and enterprises.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, they operate in a hybrid model with one remote workday per week. With a team of about 20 employees, including 13 in R&D, the company has secured a significant Seed round from top-tier investors and is now preparing for a Series A funding round.

Role Overview:

• Be part of a team of six developers, reporting to a Team Lead. The role involves 100% Server-side development in Go on Linux within a GCP environment.
• The company is still refining its tech stack and remains open to changes.
• Responsibilities include leading end-to-end processes, defining architecture, and working in a Docker and Kubernetes environment.
• Tech Stack: GCP, Kubernetes, Git, NoSQL, CI/CD, Python, Go, SQL, Linux.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in Backend development
• Proficiency in Go or Python
• Experience with Cloud environments (GCP/AWS)
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• B.Sc. in Computer Science from a university
