HR Analytics Manager

A leading financial organization is seeking an HR Analytics Manager to lead the development and implementation of data-driven insights in human resources. This strategic role involves managing a team of analysts, developing advanced analytical tools, and providing data-based recommendations to optimize decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Data Analytics & Dashboard Development – Build and analyze key HR metrics, including recruitment, attrition, workforce movement, attendance patterns, productivity, and other relevant indicators.
• Team Leadership – Manage and mentor a team of HR analysts, fostering professional growth and driving excellence.
• Advanced Data Modeling & Automation – Develop and implement predictive models to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaboration with Senior Management – Deliver real-time analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Process Optimization – Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements in HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong leadership experience in managing analytical teams.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and SAS.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboard development – a plus.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and predictive analytics – an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking, strategic vision, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
