Sales Enablement Project Manager (Student Position)

🚀 Location: Hybrid (Remote / Deepchecks Office – Tel Aviv)

💰Compensation: 65 NIS/hour

Deepchecks is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Sales Enablement Project Manager. In this role, you will own technical and administrative processes related to becoming an approved vendor for key institutions, such as the Israeli Ministry of Defense and Fortune 500 enterprises.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling bureaucracy, working with documents, and ensuring smooth approvals for high-profile partnerships. You’ll be responsible for handling applications, contracts, compliance paperwork, vendor approvals, and legal documentation—helping Deepchecks unlock new opportunities in enterprise and government markets.

• Vendor Approvals – Manage processes to become an official supplier for government entities and large enterprises.
• Documentation & Compliance – Handle paperwork, collect and organize required materials, and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Application Writing – Draft, edit, and refine applications, official letters, and compliance documents.
• Process Management – Proactively move applications forward by communicating with stakeholders, following up on submissions, and ensuring nothing gets stuck.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth execution of processes.

• Currently a student in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Prior experience with official documentation, government processes, or corporate procurement is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Israeli Ministry of Defense supplier requirements is a plus (e.g., experience from MAFAT, IDF’s Ammunition & Armament Directorate [אמל"ח] or similar units).
• Excellent Hebrew writing skills; strong English proficiency.
