What We're Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting in Israel

✅ 1+ year in a recruiting agency or outstaffing company

✅ High level of English

✅ Proven experience hiring for tech roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.).

✅ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, networking, job boards).

✅ Excellent communication & organizational skills, experience with CRM, Excel, different recruitment tools

Your Role:

🔹 Identify, engage, and recruit tech talents. 🔹 Conduct initial HR interviews, make summary, provide all necessary info about candidate. 🔹 Work closely with hiring managers, assist with any related question🔹 Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth hiring process. 🔹 Work with offers and negotiations.
