As a BI Team Leader you will join the team that owns all of our data transformations, modeling, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI team, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring smooth integration.
• Establish and manage key processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and various interfaces to drive team performance and achieve goals.
• Manage significant team responsibilities and handle high-pressure demands and urgent tasks effectively.
• Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, helping them grow professionally.
• Creating new data solutions while supporting and optimizing existing ones
• Managing a data structure & model, which supports and reflects the actual business needs

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of management experience required.
• 7+ years experience as a BI Developer in a Big Data environment
• Vast experience in data modeling
• 7+ year experience with SQL
• 2+ years experience with DBT
• Extensive experience with Git
• Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices (BigQuery - advantage)
• Experience transforming data into visual insights and building dashboards in a BI platform (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Looker etc. Looker - advantage)
• Experience working with Appsflyer data - advantage
• Scripting capabilities with Python - advantage
• BA/BSC degree in: Information systems / Industrial Engineering or related field required
