What You'll Do:

• Develop and lead our marketing strategy, creating smart, engaging campaigns that speak directly to our customers.
• Drive multi-channel marketing activities – including social media, content, paid advertising, email marketing, and more.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints.
• Build communities, boost engagement, and find the best ways to turn customers into loyal advocates.
• Manage the marketing budget, track performance, and continuously optimize for the best ROI.
• Analyze data and trends to ensure every marketing move is backed by strong insights.

What Are We Looking For?

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing management – a must.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising (PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, and campaign management).
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft impactful content strategies.
• Experience managing large budgets and juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Creativity, initiative, and a passion for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
