IT and Infrastructure Security Manager

A defense company in the North is seeking a Technology Security Manager specializing in Networks & Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the implementation and enforcement of security policies across IT systems.
• Monitoring and managing all IT infrastructure, networks, and computing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with international cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Participating in cybersecurity incident management across all networks, including cloud infrastructures and stand-alone environments.

Requirements:

• Active Security Clearance Level 3 – Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an IT/SECOPS professional – Mandatory.
• Experience in the design, management, and maintenance of network infrastructures – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) – Mandatory.
• Expertise in Active Directory management and Windows environment hardening – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructures, including cloud security and identity management – Mandatory.
• Experience working with SIEM systems and handling cybersecurity incidents – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in IT architecture and cybersecurity – Strong advantage.
• Familiarity with supply chain security – Advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in software development (Node.JS, C, C++, Java, Python) – Advantage.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite – Mandatory.
