Production Planner

Position Summary: The Production Planner is a key role within the operations team, responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of production activities. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality medical products while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Production Planner works closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality control, to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and meet customer demand. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills with an emphasis on phone skills are a must
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to uncovering root causes of problems and identifying actionable solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 1348) in medical manufacturing- Advantage
• Attention to detail, project management ability, and professionalism
• Resourcefulness and flexibility to adjust to a changing work environment, competing priorities, frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events
• Able to work independently as well as in a group environment
• Proficient computer skills, working with various office equipment, various programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management or another related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a production planner.
• ERP experience -Mandatory. Preferred – Priority ERP.
• PLM experience-Mandatory
