Located in the Sharon region near a train station, the company operates on a hybrid model with two days of work from home and has about 1,800 employees across 11 sites globally, with the development center based in Israel.

About the role

• Managerial responsibility for team leadership, mentoring, and driving action.
• Technical responsibility for AI and ML research and development.
• 50% hands-on work with Generative AI, prediction, recommendation, optimization, and scoring models.
• Improving sales processes, marketing efficiency, and working on Big Data analysis to derive business insights.
• Managing a team of two Data Scientists, with plans to expand the team.
• Reporting to the VP of Data.
• Collaborating closely with CTO teams, marketing, sales, and Customer Success.
• Leading the internal AI strategy and implementing advanced Data Science techniques.

Requirements -

• 2 years of managerial experience – required.
• 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist – required.
• Experience in Machine Learning (ML) – required.
• Experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and NLP – a significant advantage.
• Relevant master degree from leading institutions – required.
