This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering help desk support, and delivering exceptional customer support on a day-to-day basis.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Desktop Computers and Help Desk Support experience
• Customer Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with IT and system services is a plus
• Certifications in relevant IT fields are beneficial
