About the Company:

CatAmmon is a startup company funded in 2024. The company has successfully secured funding, ensuring financial stability (at least a 3-year runway), and is preparing to conduct its first pilots with energy corporations.

The Technology:

Production of Hydrogen from Ammonia by a "cold" 400C cracking, based on a revolutionary catalyst.

Job Description:

Managing the company’s technological operations in close collaboration with the CEO. The engineer will be responsible for:

• Designing and constructing a small pilot facility in Israel.
• Leading pilots in Europe and the Far East.
• Collaborating with the R&D team at the university.
• Scaling up the company’s product together with the R&D team.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering - mandatory; Master's degree - significant advantage.
2. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of industrial experience - mandatory.
3. Project Leadership: Successfully leading at least two engineering projects - mandatory.
4. Gas Projects: Experience with projects involving gases & Catalysts - strong advantage.
5. High Temperatures: Experience working with systems operating above 200°C - advantage.
6. International Projects: Experience in projects abroad - significant advantage.
7. Language Skills: Excellent English - mandatory; additional languages and/or a European passport - advantage.
8. International Mobility: Willingness to participate in pilot projects abroad for up to 6 weeks annually (not consecutively).
