***ראש צוות פיתוח תוכנה, בדגש על פיתוח תוכנת ניהול אנרגיה (GEMS) ואינטגרציה עם מערכות לקוח.

(אפשרי גם מוביל טכנולוגי שמעוניין להוביל צוות קטן).

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

• ניהול והדרכת צוות מפתחים
• הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים
• פיתוח ותחזוקת מערכות תוכנה
• עבודה ישירה מול לקוחות
• כתיבת תיעוד טכני

דרישות עיקריות:

• ניסיון בפיתוח ב-Node.js, Typescript - חובה !
• היכרות עם C++, React
• הבנה במערכות אנרגיה / מערכות אלקטרומכניות /מערכות IOT או OT
• ידע בפרוטוקולי תקשורת תעשייתיים - יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון ב-Linux, Docker, Git
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל/מחשבים
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה

A growing Renewable Energy company is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Development Team Leader to lead the company's customer-facing software (GEMS) development within its Customer Success department.

The TL will lead the Management Software suite and the integration of the company's systems with customers' networks and third-party SCADA/EMS/DERMS systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science or another related field.
• Expert developer in: Node JS, Typescript - Must !
• Experienced in: C++, React, CSS, and unit testing frameworks.
• Expert with Linux DevOps, Git, Docker, deployment and configuration management tools.
• Knowledgeable in databases (SQLite, Timeseries), reporting, analysis and BI.
• Familiarity with power systems (DC/AC systems, energy generation and storage).
• Knowledgeable of IT/OT networks and security (e.g., IP routing, firewall, proxy, VPN, etc..).
• Proven experience with Linux/IT skills (devops, sysadmin, shell scripts).
• Proficiency in industrial communications protocols (e.g., MODBUS, MQTT, SNMP, DNP3), and integration with 3rd party services via APIs - Advantage !
• Well experienced with management solutions for Fleet, SCADA, EMS, and IoT cloud services.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in a start-up environment is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Open-minded and adaptable to changing project requirements.
