About the Role:
As a Materials Laboratory Technician at Kiinns, you will play a key role in the development of innovative polymeric materials for unique applications. This position offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge R&D methods while supporting the smooth transition of materials from development to production. You will assist in the daily operation of the materials laboratory, managing inventory, maintaining lab equipment, and conducting experiments to ensure efficient and accurate testing.
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Operate the materials laboratory: Assist in the daily operation of the laboratory to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Operate lab equipment: Work with laboratory equipment to perform tests and experiments.
- Conduct experiments and report results: Carry out experiments, collect data, and report findings to the team.
- Manage inventory: Keep track of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and consumables to ensure supplies are available when needed.
- Handle analytical equipment: Help maintain and operate the lab's analytical instruments for accurate testing.
- Assist with field work: Support field experiments, applying lab insights in real-world settings.

- Background: A background as a Chemistry or Materials Technician, with experience working in the field of polymeric materials.
- Hands-on Lab Experience: Experience operating analytical instruments in a laboratory setting, with a strong focus on material characterization.
- Self-Learning: A high ability to self-learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, constantly improving skills and knowledge.
- Team Player: You’re comfortable working within a team and know how to collaborate effectively to meet shared goals.

- Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with global partners.
