Financial Planning Analyst

A leading global and publicly traded Company is hiring an FP&A for a key role, directly influencing strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze trends, track performance, and provide key insights to leadership
• Prepare and present strategic financial reports to stakeholders
• Conduct scenario analysis and complex financial modeling
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets and cash flow for various projects
• Monitor resource allocation and financial performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis
• Background in a global company – mandatory!
• Experience with cash flow forecasting – mandatory!
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and turn it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• Experience with BI tools – an advantage
