A leading global and publicly traded Company is hiring an FP&A for a key role, directly influencing strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze trends, track performance, and provide key insights to leadership
- Prepare and present strategic financial reports to stakeholders
- Conduct scenario analysis and complex financial modeling
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets and cash flow for various projects
- Monitor resource allocation and financial performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Background in a global company – mandatory!
- Experience with cash flow forecasting – mandatory!
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and turn it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Experience with BI tools – an advantage
