A global medical technology company is looking for a Marketing & MarCom Assistant to support various marketing activities. The company develops and provides cutting-edge solutions for the healthcare and medical industry, serving international markets. • Data analysis & reporting – preparing monthly performance reports in Excel.
• Website content updates and digital marketing content management.
• Marketing campaign tracking – monitoring leads, KPIs, and campaign performance.
• Graphic design & content adaptation – independently designing and adjusting marketing materials using Canva / Photoshop.
• Database management – maintaining and updating marketing-related records.
• Event & exhibition support – assisting with operational and marketing tasks.

• High-level English – writing, reading, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel – data analysis, reports, graphs, Pivot tables, and advanced data processing.
• Strong attention to detail and fast execution skills.
• Advanced graphic design capabilities – experience in Canva / Photoshop, ability to design marketing materials and make adaptations.
• Marketing mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics & Google Ads.
• Ability to create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with email marketing & automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Experience in marketing copywriting and content creation.
• Knowledge of WordPress – updating and managing website content.
• Experience with AI tools for marketing & content (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI).
• Ideal for students or junior professionals seeking hands-on marketing experience.
