Role Overview:

The Post-Merger Integration Architect will be responsible for designing and executing technology integration strategies following mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, security frameworks, and data migration strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, product, security, and business leaders, to align technical roadmaps and drive efficient integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive post-merger integration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Assess and align technology stacks, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture between merging entities.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to create a unified technical ecosystem.
• Define data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system consolidation, infrastructure compatibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish best practices for system integration, API management, and cloud adoption.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in post-merger integration within a technology-driven organization.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and API frameworks.
• Experience in data migration, security compliance, and IT governance.
• Deep understanding of financial technology ecosystems, regulatory requirements, and enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the financial sector, fintech landscape, and a variety of technologies, including C# .NET.
