Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our work is based on two key pillars: Empowering the private sector to take the lead towards a breakthrough in the full and adequate integration of the Arab population in employment, society and the Israeli economy. Building a partner network of stakeholders from various sectors- the third sector, Arab society, philanthropy and government.

Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth interviews, offering support to candidates and Talent Acquisition teams throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with diverse corporate partners to develop and implement DE&I recruitment strategies aimed at attracting a varied candidate pool.
• Source both passive and active candidates for open positions while tracking and analyzing diversity metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
• Connecting businesses with candidates from the Arab community through recruitment processes.
• Leading and implementing projects to support Arab community candidate placement in businesses.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field – Required.
• Previous experience in recruitment (at least 1 year) – Required.
• Experience in recruiting for technological positions - preferred
• High motivation and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to express oneself fluently in Hebrew & Arabic, both written and spoken.
