Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, working closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership.
• Set and contribute to the design strategy for key product initiatives, aligning with our mission to revolutionize software security.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all products.
• Drive the development and refinement of design systems and ensure their consistent application across all projects.
• Collaborate with data analysts and product teams to interpret user behavior data and develop actionable insights for design improvements.
• Lead data-informed design decisions by integrating analytics and user feedback into the design process.
• Provide guidance and feedback to other designers, helping elevate the overall design quality of the product.
• Ensure the user experience is consistently optimized by utilizing A/B testing results, usage metrics, and other forms of analytics.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within the cybersecurity or high-tech industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs for complex systems.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch and working in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Proven experience leveraging data analytics to guide design strategy and validate decisions.
• Strong understanding of user analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing tools.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable design improvements.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  
  

• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions or B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with front-end development and understanding design-to-code workflows.
• Knowledge of data visualization or designing for complex information architecture.
