MCE Systems is a leading provider of telecom solutions, delivering innovative products to top enterprises. We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to work independently, lead design efforts, and enhance user experiences across our platforms.

You’ll collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and user personas, while improving usability and driving design strategies. Experience as a sole or lead designer is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design efforts across multiple products.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (e.g., Figma).
• Develop user personas, information architecture, and interaction designs.
• Conduct usability testing and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years as a Senior UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools).
• Experience as a lead designer.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and experience with North American customers.
