Job Description

We are looking for a talented experienced and passionate R&D Team Leader to join one of CyberArk's DevSecOps groups.

You have the opportunity to join a new team in its formation phase to recruit, lead, and mentor, a team that will help us build key products.

As both a technical expert and team leader, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, inspire top-notch performance, and play a key role in shaping the future of our product’s success.

The team will be working on the development of existing and future key products on the cyber security industry using various programming languages and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• You will be building a team of engineers working on the development of security products including a new Cloud-based product and a popular On-prem product
• Develop and grow a team of talents through effective mentoring and coaching
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on the day to day development operations
• Plan and implement scalable software components and services using the latest technologies & architectural approaches
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Programming or Engineering related field
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• 3+ years as a team leader
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on at least one of Python/Java/C#
• 1+ years of experience in C++ development
• Ensure successful delivery that meets time, scope and quality. Your role will be key in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Experience in effectively managing a team with diverse levels of experience skilled and the ability to lead, coach and influence them
• Experience with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage, track and identify risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination to resolve them
• Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
  
  

• Experience in development of AWS Serverless architecture and microservices architecture.
• Experience working on a cyber\security product
• Experience in enterprise-scale application development in cloud environment and on-prem products
• Experience in multi-platform product development
