As a Tier 1 Customer Support you will be responsible for:

• Be the first line of defense and escalation for any technical issue
• sElegantly handle customer requests and maintain Rapyd’s SLA & customer satisfactio
• nEscalate and own issues internally and externally with service providers / partner
• sExtend the team's knowledge bas
• eWork across departments (Engineering, DevOps, Prof Services, etc.) to resolve customer’s issue

• ceCustomer facing experience in a B2B global compa
• nyKnowledge of API management and bug reporting too
• lsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environme
• ntGreat technical writing and verbal communication skil
• lsStrong troubleshooting skills using multiple tools / logs correlati
• onKnowledge in the following tools: SQL, Postman, Kibana, Jira , Confluenc
